Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.
Upon completion, you will receive a USPS tracking number. If for any reason you need to adjust your order information, we can accommodate you up until the order has shipped. Unfortunately, after shipping we are unable to alter orders. Please anticipate an average of 3-5 business days for delivery.

- FedEx Priority Overnight (estimated 1 business day)
- FedEx 2-Day (estimated 2 business days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at iivi, we strive to deliver accurate, true-to-fit garments.
Each order is hand packaged in-house to ensure maximum quality control. Our team aspires to produce a hassle-free online shopping experience, which includes free returns and exchanges with the use of our prepaid return shipping label.
If you would like to return or exchange an order, please take the following steps:
- Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your preference of return or exchange. Please include your full name and order number.
- Within 24 hours you will receive a custom, pre-paid USPS label. Returning or exchanging is as easy as printing the label, filling out the returns/exchange slip, and mailing through your postman, or any USPS drop box.
- Upon receipt, we will process your return or exchange within 48 hours. In the case of exchanges, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a new package tracking number. In the case of refunds, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing your initial method of payment refunded in full.
Returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days of initial purchase. All garments must be received in unwashed, unworn, like-new condition. We do not offer free returns or exchanges to customers outside of the Continental U.S. All exchanges must be for an alternative size or color of the same item. Any expedited shipping costs incurred during original transaction will not be refunded.
